Chris King Rear Hub Driveshell Conversion - Twin Bearing XDR | Black - [Open Box]
What does the Chris King Twin Bearing Driveshell Conversion do?
The Chris King Rear Hub Driveshell Conversion in Twin Bearing XDR converts an existing Chris King mountain rear hub to the SRAM XDR cassette body standard, letting you run 12-speed road and gravel cassettes on a hub you already own. It is a complete alloy driveshell with twin bearings for easy service, repair, or a driver swap without replacing the whole hub. This version is compatible with all ISO or Centerlock Chris King mountain rear hubs that use twin-bearing axles, and it is not compatible with needle-bearing axles.
The black anodized alloy body is built to Chris King's in-house standard for durability and precise engagement. Installation calls for a T10 Torx and a Park Tool FR-1.3 or equivalent, following Chris King's driveshell service instructions. If you are moving a wheel to SRAM AXS or replacing a worn XDR driver on a twin-bearing Chris King hub, this is the correct conversion.
