The Combo Mount Adapter adds a GoPro style interface to the bottom of an existing K-Edge Garmin or Wahoo mount, so your camera or light hangs below the computer instead of eating another spot on the handlebar. Anything using the GoPro two-tab interface works, including the GoPro Hero series, Shimano CM-1000, Garmin VIRB with Garmin's own adapter, and a long list of lights built to the same standard.

It is precision machined from anodized 6061 T6 aluminum and weighs 14 grams, so it adds effectively nothing to the front of the bike. Mounting hardware is included.
