What is the Park Tool DT-2.2 Rotor Truing Tool built for?

The Park Tool DT-2.2 Rotor Truing Tool is built to straighten bent disc brake rotors, which is the fix when a wheel spins true but the brake still rubs. Rotors get knocked out of true by heat, crashes, transport, and sometimes they come out of the box that way. The DT-2.2 is the updated version of Park's DT-2, with one long slot and two short slots so it fits nearly any rotor design, on rotors up to 2.5 mm thick. Slide a slot over the high spot, apply a gentle bend, spin, and check again.
