What is SILCA Synergetic Race Grease and where does it belong?

SILCA Synergetic Race Grease is a high-performance bearing and assembly grease that extends the award-winning Synergetic lubricant formula into a grease application. It uses the same Tungsten Disulfide (WS2) additive that gives Synergetic chain lube its friction-reducing properties, now in a grease carrier designed for precision bearing applications: headsets, bottom bracket bearings, hub internals, and pedal axles. The WS2 forms a tribofilm at bearing contact surfaces that reduces rolling resistance compared to conventional lithium-based greases. The formulation stays in place under the centrifugal loading of high-cadence pedaling without migrating out of bearing races, and it maintains viscosity across the temperature range typical of outdoor cycling.

Apply during component assembly or bearing service. Use at all grease points where thread-specific compounds are not required. For titanium or dissimilar metal threaded interfaces, use SILCA Anti-Seize instead. Sold in a small shop-usable tube. Made in the USA.
