The Skratch Labs Energy Bar Individual is a single 50g real-food bar built around nut and seed butter blends, oats, quinoa crisps, brown rice crisps, sorghum flakes, and real fruit. These are ingredients your body recognizes and digests cleanly during long efforts. Each bar delivers a mixed macronutrient profile of carbohydrates, healthy fats, and 4 to 5g of protein, with roughly half the added sugar of the leading energy bar. No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. Skratch Labs was founded in Boulder, CO by two cycling pros in 2012, and the Energy Bar carries the same real-food philosophy as everything else in the lineup.

Available in four flavors: Cherry + Pistachio (260 cal), Raspberry + Lemon (260 cal), Peanut Butter + Chocolate (270 cal), and Cinnamon + Oatmeal (200 cal, launched April 2025). The individual format is the right way to try a flavor before buying a box, or to stock specific flavors for a race. All four flavors are non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, kosher, and soy-free. Note: Cherry + Pistachio and Raspberry + Lemon contain tree nuts.
