What Is the Wahoo KICKR XDR/XD Freehub Body and When Do You Need One?

The Wahoo KICKR XDR/XD Freehub Body is the upgrade path for riders running SRAM AXS, Campagnolo, or other drivetrains that require an XDR or XD freehub standard rather than the Shimano HG that comes stock on KICKR trainers. If you've just ordered a KICKR and you're running a SRAM AXS cassette, this is the part you need before the trainer ships or alongside it. The freehub body swaps out to give your existing cassette a proper home on the trainer's hub, so you're not dealing with a mismatch between the cassette standard and the trainer.

Compatible with the Wahoo KICKR v5/v6 and KICKR CORE. Installation requires basic tools. If you're not sure whether your drivetrain is HG or XDR/XD, check your current cassette lockring. XDR cassettes use a different interface than standard Shimano. Includes the freehub body only. No cassette included.
