HEART RATE MONITORS

Heart rate monitors, or HRM’s, can provide us with key information while we are exercising so we can achieve better fitness.  They provide us with constant feedback for cardiacs awareness during exercise, help us manage the desired levels of output during exercise, give us key insights into our level of fitness, help inform us if we have worked out for too long, and help keep us in the appropriate training zones.
