Program Options:


This is the ultimate one on one training experience. You get a workout that is tailored to you. After we assess your posture, current fitness and flexibility we design a program tailored to you and your goals. Choose one weekly session to get you started, to motivate and keep you accountable. Or, make it two or three times a week, and get aggressive with your goals and to be dedicated to help you be your best.



This is a great choice for friends or couples that want to exercise together and get a better workout than you’d get if you just went to the gym. Once both people have gone through the initial consultation and assessment we can get to work.


This is designed for the people who like to work out in a group but want it to be a little more personal. Or if you have a sports team that wants to gain that competitive edge this is the way to do it. This is set up for groups of 3-6 people that are ready to get strong and fit and have a blast with their friends.


Our group classes are all taught by one of our trainers. They vary from relaxing yoga to a more intense yoga, from a strength and muscle building workout to a muscle toning endurance building class. There will also be cardio conditioning and bootcamps to mix things up. Classes are offered Monday through Saturday.
