Good pod today. I was thinking about Matt’s Achilles issues and I recalled an interview with Meb Keflezighi in 2014 or so and at that time he had offloaded a lot of his roadwork onto an over the road elliptical bike called an ElliptiGO. Matt, have you ever considered a device like this? The idea was to maintain physiological and to a lesser extent neurological training while lowering musculoskeletal stress. I don’t know anything about this device but it might make an interesting review project and help you stay on the road.
