The SiS GO Energy + Electrolyte gel builds on the established science of the SiS GO Isotonic Energy gel, the world’s first and only truly isotonic energy gel.
What makes them so special?
This product not only delivers a rapid-absorbing supply of easily digestible carbohydrates (22 grams), but also provides 130mg sodium, 9.5mg potassium and 1.5mg magnesium per gel. Electrolytes including sodium, potassium and magnesium are lost through sweat and need to be replaced in order to help the body maintain fluid balance, alongside an appropriate fluid intake.
The electrolyte bump make them great for summer month training when the strain on fluid balance is higher.

How to use it:
These are great for maintaining proper fluid and fuel stores during long, hard training sessions. Take one gel every half-hour for exercise lasting longer than 90 minutes. One gel can also be consumed before exercise to ensure that electrolytes are available for proper fluid delivery.
