“Once upon a time, a doctor, who will go unnamed, told me to take 3 months off of running to see if my achilles would get better. I refused to take a ‘day off’, bought a bike that was too big for me on craigslist, took it out for about 20 miles and have been rolling ever since. I also dabble in the swimming and running. I’ve participated in the occasional Ironman race. Most importantly, I’m the father of three wild hooligans. All boys. All fun. All the time.”
