FREE SHIPPING – Orders Over $150

Dialed Cycling offers free shipping on most orders over $150. Free shipping is applied to your order total after any promotions, credits, coupons, and other discounts are applied. Some exclusions to free shipping apply including oversized and overweight items (ex. select bikes, indoor bikes and trainers, and car racks) and orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Other exclusions may apply. If your order qualifies, at checkout free shipping will be pre-selected.

General Shipping Policies

It is our goal to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. This includes making sure your order arrives quickly in great condition. This page contains information on our shipping processes. If your order was damaged or lost in shipping, please scroll to the bottom of this page.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed (Mon-Fri). For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, we will ship within 24 hours of the next business day. From time to time, there are cases when there are delays in shipping orders. The most common instances of this are:

• Shipping Bikes that require extra time to prepare for shipping
• Special Orders
• Products that are listed as being on Backorder

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided with all shipments so you can follow the shipment status of your order. The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Dialed Cycling offers free on most orders over $150. There are some exclusions to free shipping including oversized and overweight items (ex. select bikes, indoor bikes and trainers, and car racks) and orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Items may be shipped via the following:

• UPS Ground
• FedEx Ground Shipping
• USPS Priority Shipping
• USPS Flat Rate Shipping
• USPS First Class Mail
• USPS Parcel Post (it is very rare that we use this method and it is usually reserved to bikes shipping to APO/FPO boxes where we have no choice due to package dimensions)

Dialed Cycling is not responsible for an order arriving later than the estimated shipping arrival date that is due to a carrier delay.

Return Policy:

• All refunds must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
• We will return all new, unopened, and unused products, and provide a 100% refund.
• Full Refunds are subject to any non-refundable credit card processing fees incurred by the credit card processing company, which is generally 3%
• If you received free shipping for your order based on your purchase amount exceeding $150 and return a portion or all of your purchase, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return credit.
• Opened nutritional items are non-returnable.
• If items have been opened, but are unused, they are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Any items that have been used are subject to approval for return and have a 20% restocking fee.
• Used items that have been damaged or altered are non-returnable.
• Any worn clothing, apparel, or shoes are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
• Dialed Cycling Lab is not responsible for lost or damaged items that have been shipped or mailed back for return. Please insure items accordingly for your protection.
• Please be sure to include a copy of your original receipt with the item you are returning.
• Once the item being return has been shipped, please email us the tracking information and include your full name, phone number and order number. The contact form below can be used or simply reply to one of the emails you receive once you made your purchase. 
• Once the items have been received, we will process the return within 2 business days. Credits back to your credit card can take 2-5 days depending on your credit card.

Bicycle Return Policy:

• Bicycles can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Bicycle shipping costs incurred by Dialed Cycling Lab are not refundable.
• If the bike has not been ridden outside, we will provide a full return.
• Bicycles that have been ridden outside will have a 15% restocking fee if returned clean and undamaged.
• Bicycles that have sustained any damage or that have been altered in any way, are non-returnable.
