The Garmin CIRQA Smart Band is a screenless health and fitness tracker that monitors your body around the clock and sends every metric to the Garmin Connect app, with no subscription required for the core features. It reads heart rate, HRV, Pulse Ox, respiration, stress, skin temperature, and sleep through the Elevate Gen 4 optical sensor, then turns that data into Body Battery, Health Status, and Training Readiness. A single side button starts your favorite activity from the wrist, and the fabric ComfortFit strap is light enough to forget you are wearing it.

With up to 10 days of battery, a 5 ATM water rating, and more than 80 activity profiles including road, gravel, and MTB, the CIRQA covers training and recovery without another watch face to check. Connected GPS pulls pace and distance from your phone, LiveTrack keeps people posted on long rides, and the quick-release ComfortFit band swaps between wrist and upper arm.
