What is the Garmin CIRQA Smart Band built to track?
The Garmin CIRQA Smart Band is a screenless health and fitness tracker that monitors your body around the clock and lets you view all of your health and fitness data in the Garmin Connect app, with no subscription required for the core features. It tracks heart rate, HRV, Pulse Ox, respiration, stress, skin temperature, and sleep, with features such as Body Battery, Health Status, and Training Readiness. You can start an activity with the on-device button or through Garmin Connect, and the fabric ComfortFit band is made for all-day and all-night wear.
It has up to 10 days of battery, a 5 ATM water rating, and more than 80 activity profiles including road, gravel, and MTB. Connected GPS pulls pace and distance from your phone, LiveTrack lets friends and family follow your location in real time when paired with your smartphone, and an optional upper arm band (sold separately) lets you wear the CIRQA on your upper arm.

No. Core health and fitness tracking, including sleep, heart rate, Body Battery, and training metrics, works in the Garmin Connect app with no subscription required. An optional Garmin Connect+ plan adds premium features, including live activities, Garmin Coach training plans, nutrition tracking and Garmin Active Intelligence, but it is not required to use the band.
Does the CIRQA Smart Band have a screen?
No. It is screenless by design, and you view all of your health and fitness data in the Garmin Connect app.
Can I wear the CIRQA on my upper arm?
Yes, with Garmin's optional upper arm band, sold separately. The CIRQA comes with a fabric wrist band that uses 14 mm quick-release pins.
Does the CIRQA track cycling?
Yes. It includes road, gravel, MTB, and indoor cycling among its 80 plus activity profiles, and it uses connected GPS from your phone for outdoor pace and distance.
