What is an Open Box item?
Sometimes a product comes back to us. Maybe the box was opened and the item never used, or maybe it saw a little use before it found its way back to the shop. Rather than sell these as new, we set them aside, inspect them closely, assign an honest condition grade, and price them accordingly. You get a genuine discount off the full manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP), and you know exactly what you are getting before you buy.
Our Grading Scale
Every Open Box item gets one of four grades. The grade tells you the condition at a glance, and each listing includes specific condition notes, plus photos of the actual unit whenever they help show its condition, so there are no surprises.
Open Box
Opened but unused, and functionally new. The packaging may have been opened, damaged, or is missing, but the product itself has not been used. All original accessories are included unless noted.
Like New
Used minimally, with no meaningful signs of wear. Only a careful eye would notice it is not brand new. Fully functional and ready to ride.
Good
Light cosmetic wear that is visible on inspection, with no impact on function or performance. A great everyday option at a better price.
Fair
Honest signs of use with plenty of life left. Fully functional. A great product at a great price for a rider who cares more about performance than looks.
How we inspect and grade
Each item is checked by hand by our team before it ever gets listed. We test function, note any cosmetic wear, confirm what accessories are included, and photograph the unit when the condition is worth showing. The grade and the condition notes on every listing describe that specific item, not a general category. If something is worth mentioning, we mention it.
Full manufacturer warranty included. Every Open Box item carries the complete factory warranty, exactly like a brand new product. If a manufacturer defect shows up, it is covered by the maker regardless of our return window, the same as any new item we sell.
Final pricing, no additional discounts. Open Box prices are already cut off full MSRP, so they are the final price and are not eligible for promo codes, welcome offers, or other discounts. It is the best price we can offer on that item.

Yes. Every Open Box item carries the full manufacturer warranty, exactly like a brand new product. If a manufacturer defect appears, it is covered by the maker regardless of our return window.
Can I return an Open Box item?
Yes. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an Open Box item if you change your mind, as long as it comes back in the same condition and grade it shipped in with all included accessories. The disclosed condition itself is not grounds for return, since it is described up front and reflected in the price.
How much do you save on Open Box items?
Open Box prices are discounted off the full manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). The exact discount depends on the item and its condition grade, with lower grades priced more aggressively. Every listing shows the MSRP and the Open Box price so you can see the savings.
Can I use a coupon or discount code on an Open Box item?
No. Open Box prices are already cut off full MSRP, so they are final and are not eligible for promo codes, welcome offers, or other discounts. It is the best price we can offer on that item.
Will I get photos of the actual item?
When the condition is worth showing, we add photos of the actual unit right on the listing. In cases where a photo would not add much, we may not include one, but every listing always carries specific condition notes describing that exact item.
