"Sir" Ian Gibson
The salty Brit, diehard roadie, and resident voice of hard earned wisdom on the Dialed Podcast.

Sir Ian, the salty Brit of the Dialed Podcast, has been riding bikes since he was a kid in Leicester, England. At sixteen he and a friend rode a 700 mile round trip to Land's End and back, camping in farmers fields and fighting wind and rain the whole way. From there came a stint as a bike messenger in New Zealand and years exploring the European Alps from a base in Garmisch Partenkirchen, Germany.
Moving to Oregon in the late nineties, Ian discovered a vibrant racing scene and dove in headfirst. He hired a coach, embraced structured training, and climbed the categories to podium at local and regional races well into his late fifties. That experience is exactly what he brings to his clients today as the coach behind Dialed Performance Coaching, helping fellow Masters athletes balance work, family, and the drive to go faster.
On the podcast, Ian is the voice of hard earned wisdom, dry wit, and a diehard roadie who has made his peace with gravel.
