Do you ship, and what if I need to send something back?

Yes, we ship. Most items can be returned within 30 days, and there is a form on our returns page that starts the process. No phone tag required.

Shipping and returns

Will you match a price?

Usually, yes. We like a good deal as much as you do. Send us the listing and we will take a look.

How price matching works

Are you an authorized dealer?

Yes, for every brand we carry. That matters more than it sounds. An authorized dealer means the product is genuine, the manufacturer warranty is valid, and if something goes wrong we can file the claim for you instead of leaving you to argue with a stranger on the internet. Grey market sellers and fake storefronts cannot do any of that.

Will you service a bike you did not sell me?

Of course. Bring in whatever you ride. We work on road, gravel, mountain, commuter, and kids bikes, from tune ups to full overhauls, and we will tell you honestly what needs doing and what can wait.

Service and repair

Do you do bike fits?

Not paid professional fits, no. What we do is help you land on the right size and get your position comfortable when you buy a bike from us. If you want a full professional fit session, we would rather point you to someone who specializes in it than sell you something we do not do.

Can I sell or consign my bike?

Yes. We take consignment bikes through a full evaluation, price them against real market data, and handle the listing and the sale. You can also shop bikes that have already been through that process.

What is the Open Box program?

Gear that came out of the box and never made it to a bike. Returns, display items, overstock. Graded honestly, priced accordingly, and covered by the same warranty as new.

Can I rent a bike travel case?

Yes. Flying with a bike is easier when you are not buying a case you use twice a year. Reserve one online and pick it up at the lab.

How to Spot a Fake Dialed Cycling Lab Website

Several sites have copied our name, our logo, and our product pages onto new domains and started taking orders that never ship. Here is how to check that you are in the right place.

Our websites

  • dialedcyclinglab.com
  • dialedcycling.com

These two are ours. Any other website selling gear under our name is not us.

Fake. Reported.

  • dialedcycling.shop
  • dialedtrack.shop
  • dlabsports.shop
  • dialedlane.shop

Not a complete list. New ones appear and old ones disappear. If you find another, send it to us.

You will also find us in these places, and they are really us

Our products are listed on a few platforms besides our own websites. If you found us through one of these, you are in good hands.

Five ways to tell

1
Check the web address firstIf you are on a website selling our gear and the address is not one of our two, it is not us. The only other places our products appear are the platforms listed above.
2
Everything is on saleFake stores discount the whole catalog, usually 50 to 80 percent off. We run real sales on real products, not the entire building at once.
3
Prices below what the brand allowsMost of what we carry has pricing the manufacturer sets. A Factor frame at 65 percent off does not exist anywhere.
4
No address, no phoneOurs are on every page, and someone picks up. Fake stores hide behind a form or give you nothing at all.
5
Something looks brokenOverlapping menus, placeholder text where a store name should be, reviews from people with no last name. These sites get built fast and it shows.

Entered your card on one of these?Call your bank today and have the card replaced, not just watched. These sites capture the number, expiry and security code as they are typed, so a card that was never charged is still a card they have. No charge appearing is not the all clear, it is what we would expect.

If you were charged, dispute that too, and do not wait to see whether anything ships. It will not, and disputes get harder the longer you leave them.

If you only got as far as the shipping form, they still have your name, email, phone and address. Be sharp about anyone contacting you claiming to be us or your bank.

Either way, tell us. Knowing where you found it helps us get it down faster.

Got it, thanks. We will get back to you shortly.

Still not sure about something?

Send us a note and we will get back to you. If it is a website you are unsure about, paste the link and we will tell you straight off whether it is ours. We would rather answer ten questions than have one person lose their money. Prefer to call? (360) 828-1436
