Yes, and custom builds are our specialty. Start in our online Factor builder to spec it yourself and see your Dialed price, or build it with us. We spec every detail with you: drivetrain (SRAM RED AXS, Force AXS, Rival AXS, or Shimano Dura-Ace Di2, Ultegra Di2), wheelset, tire choice and size, cockpit width and reach, seatpost setback (0mm or 20mm), saddle model, even the bar tape color and chainring sizes. We are happy to sit down with you in shop or work through the build over the phone, and we can quote any combination of parts you can dream up.

Yes. We can special order any Factor configuration: complete bike, rolling chassis (frame plus wheels and finishing kit), or just the frameset. Framesets are the right call if you have wheels and a groupset you love and want to move them onto a Factor. Rolling chassis is the middle ground, perfect if you are upgrading the drivetrain but keeping the rest. Complete builds are the standard option and what most customers go with. We can order any of the three at any time, in any current Factor color and size.

Factor designs, prototypes, and manufactures its frames in-house and lists its manufacturing as in-house in Taiwan. Factor owns the full development chain, from research, design, and engineering to prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and paint, and its component brand Black Inc makes the wheels, integrated barstems, and seatposts that ship on its bikes.

It depends on the riding. For road racing, the Ostro VAM is Factor's sub-7kg aero road bike with 32mm tire clearance. For a race-ready carbon road bike at a lower starting price, the Monza, with 34mm tire clearance. For gravel racing, the Aluto, with 47mm rear and 52mm front tire clearance. We also have an LS gravel frame built up in the Lab. We can spec any of them to suit your riding and budget.

Both are carbon race bikes. The Ostro VAM is Factor's sub-7kg aero road bike with 32mm tire clearance, and Factor's goal was the lightest aero-oriented bike in the pro peloton. The Monza is built for riders who race Sunday and train Monday, with WorldTour-level handling, aerodynamics, and stiffness alongside practical features like in-frame storage, 34mm tire clearance, and a lower starting price. Pick the Ostro VAM if you want the lightest aero option. Pick the Monza if you want a fast race bike that also handles everyday training miles.

The Aluto is Factor's current race-bred gravel bike: short chainstays, short wheelbase, lowered bottom bracket, in-frame storage, and clearance for 47mm tires in the rear and 52mm up front. The LS is an earlier Factor gravel frame that Factor no longer lists in its current lineup, and ours is a Lab custom build. Pick the Aluto if you want Factor's current gravel platform in your size. Ask us about the LS if its size and build suit you.

Depends on what is in stock. We keep a few Factor builds on the floor, and the rest are ordered for you. Lead time depends on the frame, size, color, and parts you choose. We give you a lead time estimate before you put down a deposit.

Factor's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers frames and framesets against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. Factor components subject to normal wear and tear have a one-year warranty, and third-party parts are covered by their own makers. Factor asks you to register your bike within 15 days of purchase to activate the warranty. We handle warranty claims directly with Factor on your behalf. You do not chase the manufacturer, we do.

Factor sizes its bikes in centimeters, from 45cm up to 61cm depending on the model. The Ostro VAM comes in seven sizes from 45cm to 61cm, and the ONE in five sizes from 47cm to 58cm. Factor's size guide asks for your measurements and returns a personalized size recommendation.

Usually, and it is your call. Black Inc is Factor's in-house wheel and component brand, and it designs and produces the wheels, integrated barstems, and seatposts that ship on Factor bikes. You are not required to take Black Inc components on a custom build with us. We can spec any wheelset, cockpit, or finishing kit you prefer, including ENVE, Zipp, or any other premium brand. The choice is always yours.

Road: the Ostro VAM clears 32mm, and the Monza and ONE clear 34mm. Gravel: the Aluto clears 47mm in the rear and 52mm up front, the Ostro Gravel clears 45mm, and the Sarana clears 57mm.

Yes. We service all Factor bikes regardless of where they were purchased, including warranty work. As the geographic exclusive Factor dealer for the area, we are also the closest authorized service location.
