Silca Gift Card Terms
Spend $150 on Silca in one order and we email you a $20 Dialed gift card. Here is exactly how it works, including what happens if part of the order comes back.
How you earn it
One $20 gift card per order, once the Silca in your cart reaches $150. The card goes to the email address on the order once the order is placed. Nothing to enter and nothing to claim.
The $150 is measured at the prices on our product pages, before any offer code comes off. Use the Silca code and you still earn the card at $150 in Silca, even though you pay less at checkout.
Only Silca counts toward the $150. Other brands in the same order do not, even though they are welcome in the cart.
Silca that is already marked down or tagged as clearance still counts toward the $150 at its marked-down price. Those items just do not take the offer code on top, because that discount is already in the price.
How to spend it
Dialed gift cards work like cash at dialedcyclinglab.com and at the lab in Vancouver. No minimum order. You can spend a card across more than one purchase until the balance runs out.
Cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you return part of the order
This is the part worth reading before you order.
Sending Silca back can pull your order under the $150 mark. What happens next depends on whether you have spent the card.
If the card is unspent, we void it when the return is processed. Your refund is the full amount you paid.
If the card is already spent, we deduct what you spent from your refund. The card bought real product and you keep that product, so the amount stays on your side.
If your Silca total is still $150 or more after the return, the card is yours and nothing changes.
We would rather tell you this up front than surprise you at the refund. The card is a thank you for the order. If enough of the order goes back, the thank you goes with it. Everything else about your return works the way it always has.
