What Changed on the Wolf Tooth Karv Grips V2?
The Wolf Tooth Karv V2 keeps the Karv's size, 32mm in diameter once installed, with a 6.5mm wall before install and a length of 135mm. What changed is the material. Wolf Tooth switched to a high-durability silicone foam compound designed to shed weight without giving up longevity, and lists the V2 at 58g per pair.
The surface now has a soft-touch suede texture for better wet-weather traction. Wolf Tooth says the foam density is tuned for more vibration damping than the original Karv. It is a slide-on grip with no clamp: Wolf Tooth installs it by spraying or wiping 91 percent isopropyl alcohol inside the grip and over the bar, then sliding the grip on.
