Dialed Cycling Team is a race organization built to develop competitive cyclists and triathletes, with real attention on women and junior athletes.

Who We Are

Welcome to the Dialed Family

We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) amateur team that races a bit of everything: road, mountain, cyclocross, time trial, gravel, track and triathlon, for men, women and juniors. Our teammates range from 10 years old to 69.

The team is powered by Dialed Cycling Lab and our sponsors. Our teammates come from all over the greater Pacific Northwest, and we race with the Oregon Bicycle Racing Association (OBRA, the governing body for bike racing in Oregon and Southern Washington), USA Cycling and USA Triathlon.

Be a positive influence in our community through riding and racing bikes, and through competitive triathlon.

Philosophy

We want to be a competitive cycling and triathlon team while supporting local athletes, giving back to our community, and helping build the next generation of cyclists and triathletes. To make that happen, we partner with like-minded sponsors, community members and volunteers who support the team and stay true to our mission.

How the Team Is Funded

The team runs on member contributions, hosted events, fundraisers, sponsorships and ad placements. That money covers team apparel, event promotion, race fees, marketing, administrative costs, keeping our nonprofit status, our Juniors Team, and women's cycling advocacy.

Team and Club

Racing Team and Riding Club

Dialed has two parts. Team members race. Club members ride and train for fun. Both support the same mission, and everyone is welcome on the group rides.

We host regular rides, runs and swims, show up for charity events throughout the year, and volunteer to support the cycling and triathlon communities that support us.

Dialed Cycling Team is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. These are the teammates on the board who steer the team and keep the programs running.

How It Started

Built on Fitness, Friendship and Racing

Dialed Cycling Team started in 2017 to encourage lifelong fitness through cycling. It grew out of a love for three things: staying fit, the people you ride with, and racing.

In year one the team finished 5th out of more than 100 teams in the OBRA Team Competition. Dialed won it outright in 2018 and 2019. There was no racing in 2020, and the team came back to win five years straight, 2021 through 2025. No other team has won it more than three years in a row.

That run has brought in great teammates, sponsors and industry partners from across the Pacific Northwest. 2026 marked our 10th season.

Juniors Program

The Future Is Bright

We put a lot of energy into our Juniors Program because it plants the seeds for the future of cycling and triathlon. That runs from teaching the basics to coaching kids who have the potential to race at the next level.

The program is run by passionate, well-trained people who are all SafeSport certified. We always have room for more kids, so if you have a young rider who wants to race, get in touch.
