PNW does not set a strict service interval; it recommends servicing the post if it starts to feel sticky or slows down, and at least once a year if the post sees a good amount of riding season action. Service is a quick and easy at-home process.

Which travel fits my frame?

Measure your seat tube insertion depth before choosing. The 150mm post needs 120mm of minimum insertion and 254mm of full insertion. The 225mm post needs 190mm of minimum insertion and 344mm of full insertion. Tool-Less Travel Adjust can take up to 25mm off either one.

Does the Loam Dropper Gen 2 come with a lever?

The Loam Gen 2 dropper post is sold without a lever. PNW offers the Loam Lever Gen 2, Range Lever, and Puget 2x MTB Lever as compatible options, and the post also works with most cable-actuated levers from other brands.
