FAQ

Does the Range Dropper have travel adjust?

No. The Range uses a fixed sealed cartridge with no travel adjust. The goal was a reliable dropper at the lowest price point possible, so it ships at a set 175mm of travel.

Does this post come with a lever?

No. Levers are sold separately so you can pick your preferred remote. The Range works with all PNW levers and most cable-actuated levers from other brands. A PNW Cable Kit can be added separately.

Will this dropper fit my frame?

Your frame needs to accept a 31.6mm internally routed dropper and provide at least 150mm of minimum insertion for this 175mm size. If your frame uses a 34.9mm seat tube, a 31.6mm to 34.9mm shim can be used. Check your frame manufacturer specs or reach out and we will help you confirm fit.

How often does it need service?

Service intervals depend on how often you ride and the conditions you ride in. At minimum, a basic service once a year is recommended, which covers disassembly, cleaning, greasing, and reassembly. We can handle that for you in the shop.
