How often does the chain need to be re-dipped?

Most riders re-dip every 200 to 300km depending on conditions. Dry, clean conditions stretch that interval. Wet or dirty riding shortens it. You will feel the chain get louder and less smooth when it needs attention.

What temperature should the wax be melted to?
