The tablet is the same. The tube is not. Science in Sport moved HYDRO from a 20 tablet tube to a 10 tablet tube, so you get half as many per tube. Each tablet still delivers 789mg of electrolytes with the same B vitamins, and it still mixes into 500ml of water the same way.

How do you use SiS HYDRO Tablets?

When should I use HYDRO instead of a carbohydrate sports drink?
