The Syncros Scott Spark Carbon Frame Protection Kit is precision cut for the Spark Carbon full suspension frame, covering the zones a trail bike actually damages: chainstay strike areas, cable rub points, and the surfaces around the suspension linkage where movement and grit work together on the clearcoat. Full suspension frames wear differently from hardtails because the parts move relative to each other, and a kit cut for this frame puts material where that matters instead of where a generic sheet happens to land.

The clear matte finish blends into the frame rather than sitting on top of it as a visible glossy patch, so the bike keeps its factory look while the carbon underneath stays protected. Does this fit the Spark RC and the trail Spark?

It is cut for the Spark Carbon frame platform. Scott has run several Spark generations with different shapes, so check your model year against the kit before ordering. If you are unsure, send us your frame details and we will confirm before you buy.

Do I still need a chainstay protector?

The kit covers the chainstay against rub and light strikes. A dedicated padded chainstay protector does a different job, damping chain slap noise and absorbing harder impacts. Plenty of riders run both, film underneath for the finish and padding on top for noise.

How long does the film last?

It is a wear item and it is doing its job when it looks worn. Expect it to take scuffs and scratches that would otherwise be in your paint, and plan to replace sections after a hard season or two of trail riding.
