All-day trail performance with Lake's grippy nylon sole: the MX177
The Lake MX177 is the mountain shoe that keeps raising the bar for aggressive trail riding, with strong performance, stability, and all-day comfort in a durable package. This Beetle and Black colorway pairs a deep green upper with black accents. The form-fitting Clarino Microfiber and mesh upper with Carbitex carbon fiber tongue panels is durable and breathable and tightens smoothly under a single BOA L6 dial. The Sport last opens a larger, roomier toe box than a race last while keeping strong control through the heel and arch, aggressive enough for hard efforts and comfortable for extended wear and hike-a-bike.
Underfoot, the Supergrip Enduro sole uses Lake's fiberglass-reinforced nylon construction with Ice Lock anti-slip lug inserts. It is built for grip, walkability, and durability rather than pure race stiffness, which is exactly what a trail shoe needs on rock and loose ground. It accepts toe spikes (except sizes 36-38) and runs a 2-bolt SPD pattern compatible with SPD, Time ATAC, and Crankbrothers cleats. This is the Regular width.
Open Box - Grade: Like New
Never ridden. Tried on and walked in indoors, which left very faint scuffing on the sole lugs, the kind you only see if you turn the shoe over and look for it. Uppers, BOA dial, and closure are unmarked. Cleats have never been fitted. Full Lake warranty applies.
