The upper combines Clarino Microfiber with Lake's NuFoam breathable wicking shell and a Trek-Dry antimicrobial liner made from carbonized bamboo, drawing moisture out and letting air flow through for sockless comfort between transitions. Water drainage ports, a rubber toe bumper, and heel protection handle the realities of race day, while a heel-side elastic band holder lets you pre-position the shoes on your bike.
