Your deposit holds your spot in line and lets us order the parts for your Factor. Here is exactly how it works, so there are no surprises on either side.

How the deposit works

• Your deposit is 10% of your Dialed price, rounded to the nearest $50.
• Every dollar of it comes off your final invoice. The balance is due when your bike is ready.
• Your Dialed price is locked in when you place your deposit. If Factor or a parts brand raises a price before we place your order, we tell you first and you can cancel for a full refund.

Before we order anything

After your deposit comes in, we confirm your spec, fit, availability and lead time with you. Nothing gets ordered until you give us the green light. Change your mind before then and you get a full refund.

If you cancel after parts are ordered

• We refund your deposit minus a 10% restocking fee on the parts we ordered for your build.
• If we have already started building, we also deduct labor for the time spent at our standard shop rate.
• Custom and limited-run items can't go back once they're ordered. That includes Prisma paint, limited-edition colorways, and anything cut or built to your fit, such as a cut steerer or a custom wheel build. Those are non-refundable.

Changes to your build

Want to swap a part after we order? Tell us as soon as you can. If the original part can go back, the same 10% restocking fee applies to it. Price differences are settled on your final invoice.

If lead times slip

We give you a lead time when we confirm your order. If it moves more than 30 days past that date, we let you know right away, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Pickup

We let you know as soon as your bike is built. Please pick it up and settle the balance within 30 days, unless we have agreed on something else.
