This 2006 Giant OCR 1 is a small road bike that makes a great first road bike or a dependable daily rider. The OCR earned a strong reputation as a comfortable, do-everything road bike, and this one lives up to it. The aluminum frame is light and tough, and the carbon fork helps keep road buzz from coming up through the bars into your hands. The riding position is a little more upright than a full race bike, so you stay comfortable on longer rides and your back and neck thank you later.
It has a full Shimano 105 drivetrain, which shifts cleanly and is easy to live with. The triple crankset gives you a wide range of low gears, so steep hills feel a lot more manageable, which is a real help if you are newer to road riding or just like having an easy gear in reserve. It also has fresh bar tape and a set of Kenda tires. The bike is in good shape and has been fully tuned, so it is ready to ride the day you get it.
