Shoe Gift Card Terms
Buy a pair of qualifying shoes and we email you a $20 Dialed gift card. Here is exactly how it works, including what happens if the shoes come back.
How you earn it
One $20 gift card for every qualifying pair in your order. Two pairs, two cards. Three pairs, three cards. The card goes to the email address on the order once the order is placed. Nothing to enter and nothing to claim.
Shoes that are already marked down, open box, or tagged as clearance do not earn a card. That discount is already in the price.
How to spend it
Dialed gift cards work like cash at dialedcyclinglab.com and at the lab in Vancouver. No minimum order. You can spend a card across more than one purchase until the balance runs out.
Cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you return the shoes
This is the part worth reading before you order.
Return a pair and the card that came with it is unspent, we void that card when the return is processed. Your refund is the full amount you paid.
Return a pair and the card is already spent, we deduct what you spent from your refund. The card bought real product and you keep that product, so the amount stays on your side.
Returning some of the pairs only affects those cards. Send back two of four and the other two cards are still yours.
We would rather tell you this up front than surprise you at the refund. The card is a thank you for buying the shoes. If the shoes go back, the thank you goes with them. Everything else about your return works the way it always has.
