Refund policy

Return Policy:

• All refunds must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
• We will return all new, unopened, and unused products, and provide a 100% refund.
  
• If you received free shipping for your order based on your purchase amount exceeding $100 and return a portion or all of your purchase, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return credit.
• Prefer store credit or an exchange? Choose either one instead of a refund and we waive any restocking fee and the free shipping deduction, so the full purchase price goes toward your credit or your new gear. Used items still need our approval, and damaged items still cannot be returned.
• Opened nutritional items are non-returnable.
• If items have been opened, but are unused, they are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Any items that have been used are subject to approval for return and have a 20% restocking fee.
• Used items that have been damaged or altered are non-returnable.
• Any worn clothing, apparel, or shoes are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
• Dialed Cycling Lab is not responsible for lost or damaged items that have been shipped or mailed back for return. Please insure items accordingly for your protection.
