Halo Visorband: Sun and Sweat Protection That Fits Under Your Helmet

The Halo Visorband does something a standard headband can't: it combines Halo's patented SweatSeal® with a compact, flexible sun visor in a single piece of gear. It blocks sweat from reaching your eyes and cuts glare from above, all while sitting comfortably under a cycling helmet. The soft, flexible visor includes a black underside to reduce sun glare, and the band is 2.25" wide in front, tapering back for solid ear clearance with no interference under a helmet.

Grip Technology keeps it from shifting mid-ride, and Dryline® fabric wicks moisture and dries quickly without losing its shape over time. Works great as a standalone workout visor too. One size fits most. Hand wash or machine wash cold, hang dry. Made in the USA, backed by a one-year manufacturer warranty.

Does the Halo Visorband fit under a road or mountain bike helmet?

Yes, it’s designed specifically for that. The flexible visor is compact enough to clear most helmet vents and brim lines, and the band is sized to sit low on the forehead without adding uncomfortable bulk under the helmet shell.

What does the black underside of the visor actually do?

It reduces upward glare reflecting off roads, paths, or snow. Standard visors only block overhead sun. The black liner prevents that bounce-back brightness that makes you squint even when the sun isn’t directly in your eyes. It’s a small detail that makes a real difference in bright conditions.

How is the Visorband different from wearing a cycling cap?

The Visorband is more minimal and helmet-compatible by design. A traditional cycling cap has more structure and fabric, which can create pressure under a helmet. The Visorband pairs a compact visor with Halo’s sweat management system in a low-profile package that works with your helmet rather than against it.
