The PDW Outpost Mount solves the most common problem with front baskets and headlights: a fully loaded basket blocks your light beam entirely, leaving you riding blind when you need it most. The Outpost mounts your headlight to the side of your wire basket instead, keeping the beam clear of your cargo no matter how full the basket gets. The angled attachment plate is specifically designed to compensate for the tapered profile of standard wire baskets, so your light stays perfectly level and aimed correctly rather than pointing at the road right in front of your wheel. It attaches securely to the basket wire using two M5 bolts and a steel backing plate with no tools beyond a basic wrench required, and can mount on either the left or right side depending on your preference.

The 32mm diameter clamping area fits almost all standard headlight brackets, making it compatible with the vast majority of handlebar-mounted lights including all PDW headlights.
