Does the BL-MT200 work with drop bars?

No. The BL-MT200 lever is designed for flat bar use only. For drop bar hydraulic disc braking, look at Shimano's STI lever and caliper systems such as the GRX or 105 hydraulic disc groupsets.

What rotor sizes are compatible with the MT200 caliper?

The post-mount BR-MT200 caliper supports 160mm rotors as the most common size, with 140mm and 180mm supported using post-mount adapters. Most entry-level MTB and hybrid builds use 160mm front.

Is the BL-MT200 compatible with other Shimano hydraulic MTB calipers?

Shimano lists the BR-MT200 and BR-UR300 as the recommended calipers for the BL-MT200, both using SM-BH59-JK-SS hose. Stick with a caliper Shimano recommends for this lever.
