Overview
Why Is the Tacx Ciro the Best Lightweight Cage?
The Tacx Ciro Water Bottle Cage delivers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio at just 29 grams, making it one of the lightest performance cages available without sacrificing bottle retention. A carbon-augmented composite shell gives the Ciro a clean, minimal visual profile that sits flush on any frame while keeping your bottle locked in through sprints, descents, and rough road sections. The reinforced spine adds lateral stiffness so the cage maintains its shape and grip over seasons of hard use.
Unlike full-carbon cages that demand a premium price for marginal gains, the Ciro finds the sweet spot between weight, retention, and value. It fits standard diameter bottles with secure retention, and works equally well on road, gravel, and mountain bikes without any compatibility compromises. Available in Matte Black, Black, and Matte Orange, the Ciro's understated design integrates cleanly with premium build kits where every gram and every visual detail matters.
