What is the Enduro 6806 Stainless Races bearing built for?
The Enduro 6806 Sealed Cartridge Bearing Stainless Races is built for BB30 and PF30 bottom brackets, including BB386, and other 30 x 42 x 7mm spots where water and sweat get in. Enduro makes the balls and races from 440C stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance, so it holds up to constant wet riding and to headsets that sit under a sweaty rider. LLB seals and CRC Marine Grease add another layer of waterproofing.
It is a direct replacement for a standard 6806 and is sold individually. If standard steel bearings keep rusting out on your bike, this stainless version is the step up from the standard LLB bearing. Pressing bearings in and out takes the right tools, and the Lab installs them as billed bench work. It is the bearing for riders who ride through wet winters and want their bottom bracket to last.
