The Garmin Edge 550 is a compact GPS cycling computer with button-only controls. Its vivid 2.7-inch color display shows maps and stats. Garmin Cycling Coach training plans adapt to your training, recovery and the demands of the course, and smart fueling alerts tell you how many grams of carbs and milliliters of water to take on when you use power guide or follow a workout. Real-time weather radar and wind direction overlays work with your smartphone and the Garmin Connect app. Performance features include VO2 max, training status, cycling ability insights, ClimbPro, heat and altitude acclimation, and advanced cycling dynamics. Up to 12 hours in demanding use, 36 hours in battery saver mode. Road hazard alerts flag hazards reported by fellow cyclists. Compatible with Varia radars and lights, incident detection, and LiveTrack for safety.
