Overview

The premium HR monitor with standalone recording, running dynamics, and swim HR.

The Garmin HRM 600 is Garmin's premium heart rate monitor, built for accurate heart rate and HRV data plus running dynamics. During activities where you can't wear a watch, such as team sports or martial arts, it records your workout and syncs data, including heart rate, calories, speed, distance and more, directly to the Garmin Connect app. Running dynamics include step speed loss, vertical oscillation, and ground contact time and balance (requires compatible Garmin smartwatch). During swim activities, it stores your heart rate data and forwards it to your compatible smartwatch when your activity is saved. Rechargeable battery lasts up to 2 months per charge (using 1 hour per day). 5 ATM water rating. Available in two strap sizes (XS-S and M-XL). Module is removable and the strap is machine washable. ANT+ and Bluetooth connectivity.

Compared with the HRM 200, the HRM 600 adds activity recording without a watch, running dynamics and swim heart rate. The HRM 600 runs up to 2 months per charge on a rechargeable battery, and the HRM 200 runs up to 12 months on a CR2032 battery (both using 1 hour per day).
