These three flavors exist in flask format for a specific reason: they are Hammer's "ultra" gels, each providing 1g of protein and 2.5 to 3.5g of fat per serving alongside the standard maltodextrin carbohydrate base. That fat and protein content makes them suitable as a primary fuel source during ultra-distance events lasting well beyond three hours, where caloric density and flavor variety become as important as carbohydrate delivery. Hammer Nutrition designed the flask format for clean, mess-free gel consumption on the move: open the nozzle, squeeze, close. No torn pouches, no sticky fingers, no wrappers on the road.
Each bottle provides approximately 2.5 to 3 hours of fueling at the standard one serving every 45 minutes protocol. The flask is reusable and dishwasher safe: once empty, rinse and refill from a 26-serving jug for significant cost savings per serving. Use with plain water at 16 to 26 oz per hour. Note: Nocciola contains non-fat dry milk as part of the hazelnut paste and is not vegan. All three flavors are Kosher certified. Gluten-free. 5-year shelf life from manufacture date.
