A 20g cartridge is typically sufficient to fully inflate a road tire (23-28mm) to riding pressure and will get most MTB tires close to usable pressure. For high-volume MTB or gravel tires above 2.0 inches, you may want a second cartridge as backup.
Are these compatible with all CO2 inflators?
These cartridges use the standard threaded CO2 design and are compatible with MSW inflator heads and most major brand threaded inflators. They are not compatible with non-threaded or puncture-style inflators.
Can I save a partially used cartridge for the next flat?
Once a threaded cartridge is engaged with an inflator head and punctured, the remaining CO2 will escape if the inflator is removed. Plan to use the full cartridge volume in a single inflation session.
