Orange Seal Tubeless Tire Sealant calls for 1 to 2 oz in a 700c tire, 2 to 3 oz in a 26 inch tire, and 3 to 4 oz in a 27.5 or 29 inch tire. Those doses come straight off the bottle, and they feed a latex formula proven to seal punctures up to 1/4 inch. It holds that performance across a wide range of temperatures and altitudes, so the bottle that gets you through a July gravel race is the same one you reach for on a February commute. Shake it well before every use and the formula does the rest.
Four sizes cover everything from a single top off to a full season on the workbench. Which size comes with the injector?
The 4oz is the only size that ships with the Orange Seal Injection System applicator. The 8oz, 16oz, and 32oz bottles are refills, so pick one of those if you already own an injector or a syringe.
How is this different from Orange Seal Endurance?
This is the original Orange Seal formula, built to seal fast. Endurance is formulated for longevity so riders can go longer between top offs. Riders who check sealant often tend to run the original; riders who want to set it and forget it lean toward Endurance.
Does it work on road tubeless as well as mountain?
Yes. It is compatible with most bike tire systems across road, gravel, cross, BMX, and mountain setups. Only the dose changes with tire volume.
