You load it, roll it up, and cinch it with the included 15 inch Voile Strap. There is no permanent mount, so you can strap it under the saddle, to the frame, or to a fork leg wherever it fits your setup.
What fits inside?

The truck-tarp exterior is tough and easy to wipe clean, but the Tube Taco is a roll wrap rather than a sealed bag, so it is water-resistant rather than fully waterproof.
