The Pirelli P Zero Race TLR RS is the highest-performing tubeless road race tire in the P ZERO range, developed in direct collaboration with Pirelli's World Tour partner athletes. Pirelli's SmartEVO² compound, formulated using the latest Motorsport materials and processes, delivers record-level rolling resistance reduction and superior grip on both dry and wet surfaces compared to the standard SmartEVO. This is the same compound that has powered Pirelli World Tour partners to major victories, including Mathieu van der Poel's wins at Milan-Sanremo 2025 and Paris-Roubaix 2025. It is the rubber that turns a top-tier tire into a race-winning weapon.
The lightened SpeedCORE construction features a thin aramid-enriched inner layer that improves air retention and puncture resistance while reducing casing weight, delivering a faster, more compliant ride than previous P Zero Race generations. The RS is for competitive racers and serious riders who want exactly the same technology pros are running at the highest level of the sport. Made in Italy at Pirelli's Bollate factory and available in multiple widths, it can be run tubeless with Pirelli P ZERO sealant or with an inner tube for setup flexibility.

The RS uses the SmartEVO² compound for record-level rolling resistance and grip, paired with a lightened SpeedCORE casing focused on all-around race performance. The SL uses LiteCore casing and PAAS aerodynamic profiling for pure aero and weight focus. Both are top tier; the RS is the all-around race weapon, the SL is the pure aero choice.
Can the RS be run with an inner tube?
Yes. The RS is designed to run tubeless with Pirelli P ZERO sealant or with an inner tube, giving riders flexibility to choose their setup based on race conditions and personal preference.
