Does hose come included with this brake set?

No. The hose is not included and must be purchased separately. Measure from lever to caliper and cut to length during installation. Use Shimano SM-BH90 hose with the appropriate olive and insert kit.

What rotor sizes work with the BR-MT410 rear caliper?

The BR-MT410 post-mount caliper supports 160mm rotors as a common rear size, with 140mm and 180mm supported using post-mount adapters. Most trail MTB builds run 160mm rear.

Can I mix this rear set with a different front brake brand?

Mixing hydraulic brake brands is not recommended as different systems use different fluids and are not cross-compatible. Keep both brakes within the same hydraulic system (mineral oil for Shimano). Mixing mineral oil and DOT fluid systems on the same bike is safe as long as each system is separate.
