Can I use the CS-R9200 with my existing 11-speed wheels?

Yes. The CS-R9200 is backward compatible with Shimano 11-speed freehub bodies, so you do not need new wheels to run the 12-speed Dura-Ace drivetrain. The exception is Shimano's new Dura-Ace R9200 wheelsets, which require a 12-speed cassette.

What chain is required for the CS-R9200?

The CS-R9200 requires a Shimano 12-speed chain. The CN-M9100 used in Shimano's XTR MTB groupset is the same chain used in the Dura-Ace R9200 drivetrain.
