Is the Shimano STEPS FC-E6000 Left Crank Arm 175mm Right for Your E-Bike?
The Shimano STEPS FC-E6000 Left Crank Arm at 175mm is the OEM replacement left arm for the FC-E6000 e-bike crankset used on Shimano STEPS E6000 series city and trekking drive units. This arm uses a square taper JIS spindle interface with a diamond-orientation spindle hole, the correct spec for the E6000 drive unit, not interchangeable with Hollowtech II or other standard crank interfaces. The 175mm length suits taller riders or those transitioning from a longer arm on a standard bike, and is one of two arm lengths Shimano offers for the FC-E6000 crankset alongside the 170mm version.
Sold as left arm only. Mounting hardware, dust cap, and right arm not included. Designed for city and trekking e-bike use. MPN: Y1Y501100. Black finish.

This arm is designed for the Shimano STEPS FC-E6000 crankset used on E6000 series drive units. It uses a square taper JIS spindle interface and is not compatible with Hollowtech II or other crank interface types.
Does mounting hardware come included?
No. The mounting bolt and dust cap are not included. The right crank arm is also sold separately. Reuse existing hardware if it is in good condition.
How does 175mm compare to 170mm for e-bike use?
175mm provides a slightly longer pedal stroke, which some taller riders or those with a longer inseam prefer. For most city and trekking e-bike use, either length works well, choose based on your existing crank length preference or your current fit.
