Shimano SPD pedals typically include a set of SM-SH51 single-release cleats in the box. Confirm the current pack contents on the packaging, and add cleats separately if you plan to run multi-release SM-SH56.
Can I ride the PD-EH510 in regular shoes?
Yes. That is the point of the hybrid design. Flip to the flat platform side and its 8 traction pins give you grip in normal shoes, then flip back to the SPD side when you want to clip in.
