How does the SILCA Electtrico Ultimate set exact pressure?
The SILCA Electtrico Ultimate is a USB-C rechargeable electric inflator with a 3 to 100psi settable digital gauge accurate to 1% when used with the hose. Like the Micro it uses a battery-powered pump rather than CO2 cartridges, delivering the equivalent of 9 cartridges from a single charge. The difference is the gauge: you dial in a precise target pressure and the Ultimate auto-stops when it hits the number, the kind of precision you expect from a floor pump in a tool that fits a jersey pocket. SILCA has even used it to seat tubeless tires, depending on the tire and rim combination.
At 222g and 81 by 60 by 32mm it is larger than the Micro but still compact enough for any kit bag, and it charges in 25 to 60 minutes over USB-C. It threads onto SILCA Schradero and Hiro chucks for Presta and Schrader valves, is TSA-compliant and carry-on travel safe, and is covered by the SILCA Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects for 2 years. For riders who know their road number and their gravel number and want to hit them exactly, roadside or in the garage, this replaces both the cartridges and the floor pump.
