What is SILCA Nastro Cuscino 3.75 and who is it for?
The SILCA Nastro Cuscino 3.75mm is SILCA's maximum-comfort bar tape, built for riders who want the most vibration isolation possible without sacrificing grip or durability. It uses the same SILCAthane, SILCAlon, and 3M Visco-elastic adhesive laminate construction as the 2.5mm, but with substantially more material underhand. The laminated construction means the extra thickness translates to better vibration absorption and more underhand cushion -- not just more foam, but materials engineered for the right mechanical properties at each layer. 3 to 5x the durability of conventional tape. High wet and dry grip surface stays tacky well into the season.
Includes full adhesive-backed butterfly segment for clean lever clamp coverage, high-grip finishing tape, and expanding aluminum/composite end plugs. Covered by SILCA's crash replacement program: one crash replacement at $15 off within the first year of purchase. Available in five color options.
